Your Commitment:

Deductions: Once certified, a fixed percentage of gross income or a fixed monthly contribution from gigs is applied to your training balance, until repayment is complete.
Optional Buy-Out: You are given the option to buy out of your obligations early at a pre-set residual amount.
Exclusivity & Mobility: To protect the talent pipeline while you repay training value, Hover Scope includes a limited exclusivity period for Hover Scope assigned gigs. After repayment (or early buy-out), you are free to accept external opportunities without restriction.
